The Monix are the arch enemy of the Templar due to centries of thwarted efforts of imperialism by the Templar hands. A troublesome and violent race where brutality and war is the essence of their culture.
When they breed, they spawn no less than five offspring, and they breed often. They are able to live up to forty years, yet most lifespans are much shorter due to the fact that they are cannibals and prey on each other for sustainence. The weak are considered no better than cattle and are slaughtered by the strong which in turn keeps the race in a constant state of elitism.
In the golden age of the Monix, they conquered and occupied three galaxies under the leadership of one called Gol. Gol's empire lasted 1, 800 years and finally fell during a powerful uprising of Monix organized under an ambitious and chaotic rival called Kor.
All Monix technology is stolen from other races they have overrun. However, they are extremely intelligent and bear detailed knowledge and memories of their ancestors up to fifty generations back. They can and will organize for battle and sometimes follow leaders, if the leader is powerful enough. They do not care about life. Nothing interest them but their own survival, wealth, and rank. In battle, they are extremely difficult, if not seemingly impossible to defeat. They are without love, hope, charity and most importantly, God. They are in every description of the term, evil.
